Welcome to Lumera. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and any bookings made through our platform. By accessing our site or booking a service, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

By booking an appointment with Lumera, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  • Services

Lumera provides cosmetic teeth whitening services designed to enhance the appearance of your smile. These services are not intended to replace dental treatment or provide medical diagnoses. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine a client is not suitable for cosmetic whitening.

  • Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years or older to book and receive treatment. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or those with untreated dental conditions, are advised to consult a dental professional before proceeding.

  • Appointments, Booking Policy & Cancellations

Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance is payable in full at your appointment.

You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.

Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. You must cancel and rebook with a new deposit.

Cancellations at any time will forfeit the deposit.

No-shows will lose their deposit and must pay in full upfront for any future appointments.

In some cases, we may send a 24-hour payment request via email or SMS. Failure to respond will result in cancellation and your deposit being refunded.

If Lumera cancels your appointment, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened session or require rescheduling, subject to availability.

  • Payment

All payments must be made in full at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major debit/credit cards and online payments. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Results Disclaimer

Teeth whitening results may vary depending on individual factors such as tooth structure, lifestyle habits, and adherence to aftercare. While we strive for excellent results, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

  • Aftercare and Maintenance

Clients are advised to follow the aftercare instructions provided post-treatment. This includes avoiding staining foods/drinks (e.g., coffee, wine, tobacco) for at least 24 hours. Non-compliance may affect the longevity of your results.

  • Health and Safety

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or oral health concerns prior to treatment. Lumera is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from withheld health information.

  • Liability

Lumera and its staff are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of our services or products, except as required by law. Clients assume full responsibility for outcomes once informed consent is given.

  • Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including the logo, text, images, and branding—is the property of Lumera and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

  • Privacy

Client data is handled securely and used solely for the purposes of booking, communication, and treatment. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

  • Changes to Terms

Lumera reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website and are effective immediately.
